Hello
Hi I'm Jess and I'm so grateful you're here, thank you!
I have the privilege of travelling all over the country tasked with the honour of photographing life's highlights. Weddings, Families, Landscapes and all things photography. My expression is through imagery. Telling stories exactly as they are. Capturing the personalities, the connection, the raw, emotional candid moments authentically.
Home is on the outskirts of Timaru for my partner Jeremy and I and our beautiful boy Darby plus our mad cat Susan...who's probably the most epic hide and seek artist you've ever met! Some days you literally feel like you are living in a "Where's Wally?" book!
My version of "happy hour" is "golden hour". You know that amazing time of day, when the sun is just about to sink and give way to the night. Where shadows elongate and faces are cast in the most beautiful picturesque light, which every photographer only dreams about? Well, THIS is my happy place, chasing the light.
Let’s make some memories together and tell your story! I'd love to chat more with you about your exciting photography plans - please, drop me a line, or even better give me a call and we'll grab a coffee together.

"It is hard to express how relaxed and natural she made us feel which showed she was the perfect photographer for us.
Nothing is an issue for Jess - she was willing to venture anywhere and was always thinking about the next perfect shot she could take. Her fun, genuine personality enabled her to fit easily into our day and at times we forgot she was even there taking photos of our ceremony.
We have had so many compliments on our stunning photos and we are so happy with how she captured us, our guests and our special ceremony venue.
Thank you so much for capturing our day just perfectly Jess and being an absolute breeze to work with".
